Hi, I’m Lucy Randle.
Life is too fabulous to only be half lived, darling.
In 2012, I left Australia for what I thought would be a short trip to Canada, and somehow… I never went back. What began as a temporary escape became the doorway into a life I didn’t yet know I was allowed to live. Travel wasn’t the plan. It was the mirror. It is places that can show us who we are.
Italy doesn’t try to be Japan.
Japan doesn’t try to be Iceland.
France doesn’t apologise for being France.
Each place is magnetic because it’s unapologetically itself: textured, flawed, unique, alive. And somewhere between cliffside towns, winding roads, snow capped mountains and quiet cafés in foreign cities, I realised: humans are the same.
We’re meant to live as ourselves - not as the versions we perform to be acceptable, loved, or chosen. Mark Twain once said, “Never let school get in the way of a good education.” And I couldn’t agree more. Travel, culture, and connection have taught me more about life, love, and myself than any classroom or therapy session ever could.
Travel became the teacher that reflected my truth back to me. It showed me where I was shrinking, where I was performing, where I was abandoning myself to be palatable. It revealed the places inside me that were aching to be reclaimed.
My pain became my inquiry.
My heartbreak became my compass.
My mess became my message.
There were years where I felt completely lost, disconnected from my identity, tangled in self-abandonment and silence. But what I know now is that feeling lost is often the doorway home. It’s the moment life taps you on the shoulder and asks, “Are you ready to live as the human you truly are?”
Landed was created from that place - from the becoming, the unbecoming, the remembering.
It’s my life’s work distilled into a simple truth:
Coming home isn’t a destination.
It’s a returning - to your voice, your desires, your boundaries and your your identity.
And now, this is the heart of my work: I’m passionate about helping others find their way back home too, not to a place, but to a feeling.
A feeling of belonging to themselves.
A feeling of alignment, clarity, and truth.
A feeling of living from the inside out, instead of performing for the world.
This is why I offer identity-led mentorship and Threshold Sessions - spaces where we explore who you are, what you want, what’s out of alignment, and what needs to shift so you can move forward with more self-leadership, self-agency, and confidence.
And it’s why I’m building curated transformational experiences, workshops, and retreats - containers where adventure meets self-inquiry, where presence meets perspective, where you can return to the truest version of yourself with clarity, intention, and ease.
Because the life you’re meant to lead is not a smaller, safer, quieter version of who you are. It is full, vibrant, connected, self-led, and deeply lived.
“You don’t need a passport to explore the unknown. Wonder lives in how open your heart is to the world—even your own.”
